Learning the Transcendental Meditation technique


The TM technique is taught worldwide in a simple but comprehensive seven-step course. Afterward, a lifetime follow-up program is available to ensure optimal benefit.

Step 1: Introductory Lecture

This free half hour lecture explains how the TM practice give rise to a wide range of benefits. We highlight the scientific research on the program and outline the course requirements. Watch now.

Step 2: Preparatory Lecture

This free half hour lecture discusses the mechanics that make the TM practice effortless. We also explain the origin of the technique and how it differs from other types of meditation.

Step 3: Personal Interview

This free private interview at the end of the preparatory lecture is an opportunity to ask a trained certified teacher personal questions about learning.

Steps 4-7: Course of Instruction

These 1 to 2 hour classes are held on four consecutive days or evenings. Once these steps are completed, the practitioner is self-sufficient and begins to experience results.

To ensure maximum benefit, a comprehensive lifetime follow-up program is available free of charge to everyone who has completed the course of instruction. Benefits are cumulative with regular meditation.

$200,000 or more $960​, or four $240 monthly payments
$100,000—$199,000 $860, or four $215 monthly payments
$50,000—$99,000 $740, or four $185 monthly payments
Less than $50,000 500, or four $125 monthly payments

Ages 10 – Graduate School     $380, or four $95 monthly payments

We also offer various group rates, corporate rates, and grants for people in severe financial situations. The fee includes the TM instruction four-part course as well as the lifetime worldwide follow-up program.

Physiological Requirement:

To derive maximum benefit this course, the student is required to abstain from non-prescribed recreational drugs for fifteen days up to the day of instruction and from alcoholic beverages for 24 hours.
